- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship wine within the State of Florida and to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, NY, OH,
OR, SC, TN, VA, WA, WI, WY
Local residents may purchase wine online and we will hold it for pick up. Orders will be held for 10 days. If you require a longer storage period, we suggest renting one of our convenient wine lockers where your wine would be stored at a proper temperature. Call for prices and availability.

Florida residents are required to pay sales tax on orders.
By placing an order with us you are representing that you are at least 21 years
of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21
years of age.
An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
All deliveries from The Butcher’s Block REQUIRE an Adult Signature at the time
of delivery. We recommended shipping to a business address for best service.
If you choose to ship to a residential address both FedEx and UPS will attempt
delivery on 3 consecutive business days.
Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors. It is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
Most orders can be processed the day following your online entry of the order. We will ship your order within 2 to 4 days (not including holidays and weekends). Depending on your location, the shipment will then take an additional 1-5 days in transit. We will notify you via email if we find that there will be a delay. All wine shipments are insured.
We ship 2-day air and ground to all locations. During the hot summer months, we recommend 2 day air shipping. If you do not choose to incur the added cost, you may want to consider having us hold your wine. We assume no liability for wine that is damaged due to poor weather or delayed delivery.
Our shipping is done in containers that hold 3, 6, or 12 bottles of wine. To make the most of your shipping dollar, you should order in those quantities as a 7 bottle order will ship in a 12 bottle container and cost about the same to ship.

On our site, your credit card details are completely secure. During the authorization process, your number is held in an encrypted form at all times, and it is removed from our server immediately after the process is complete. We do not store credit card numbers after payment.
Personal Details:
We take our site users' privacy very seriously and never pass details to third parties.
Emails:
The Butcher’s Block holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees
our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided
by you to any other institutions. By registering with us you will automatically
be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to opt out. If at anytime
you would like to be removed from our list, simply contact us and you will be
removed immediately.
Search History:
All searches on the site are recorded, and we summarize that information for generating statistics.

- Returns & Replacements
- Our general policy is that we do not accept returns of wine once it has left our store; however, if there is a special circumstance causing you to feel that a return should be considered, please call us within 3 days of receiving your order at 941.955.2822. We will discuss circumstances and costs. We are committed to Customer Satisfaction and will do anything possible and reasonable to make your wine buying experience the best.
